Mike Krawczyk

Director of Operations

Mike Krawczyk joined HCI in June of 2023, and since has led the Operations side of the business. Mr. Krawczyk oversees all Mechanical Engineering and design efforts, PC&L activities, Quality Assurance, and Production processes as well as the Service teams. Shortly after joining HCI, he assumed the role of Lean architect and Lean champion and has driven HCI’s Lean journey to date.

Krawczyk brings a strong background in servant leadership and manufacturing optimization - driving high performance teams toward efficiency, quality, service and delivery. A lifelong Kansas City resident, he has amassed 30+ years of progressive Engineering, Production and Operations Management experience across the Kansas City metropolitan area. Krawczyk received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Missouri – Columbia, his Lean certificate from JCIT in Englewood, CO, and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Missouri.
